Senior Project Manager – Thrive Program

About the role

The Senior Project Manager for Unit Thrive will lead oversight of multiple Thrive initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall mandate of capacity, resilience, and infrastructure integration. This role drives delivery performance across Business Line Directorates (BLDs) executed projects, meeting schedule, cost, and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination between BLDs, Group Companies, and corporate functions such as Security and DM&T.
• Act as escalation point for complex project challenges and cross‑project issues.
• Ensure integration of projects across pipelines, storage, ports, and infrastructure systems under the Thrive program.
• Oversee risk management, assurance readiness, and performance reporting for assigned projects.
• Provide performance transparency to Gatekeepers and senior leadership through portfolio‑level dashboards.
• Prepare executive reporting for ELT / SVP level, consolidating all Thrive activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑project portfolios in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong ability to resolve interface conflicts and ensure end‑to‑end delivery alignment.
• Experience with governance frameworks, gate approvals, and assurance reviews.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership and cross‑functional coordination.
