Senior Python Developer – Microservices & Pydantic

About the role

HireAlpha is looking for an experienced Python Engineer to join its Dubai team. You will design, build, and maintain high‑performance microservices with a strong focus on type safety and data validation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, modular Python applications that implement complex business workflows.
• Design and enforce strict runtime type checking and schema validation using Pydantic.
• Build, deploy, and scale decoupled microservices on on‑premises infrastructure.
• Refactor existing backend components to reduce technical debt and improve API clarity.
• Optionally integrate message queuing systems such as Redis for event‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Python typing modules and production‑grade use of Pydantic.
• Proven track record designing and operating microservices architectures.
• Experience with on‑premises infrastructure management and performance tuning.
