Senior QA Automation Engineer – Digital Services and Integrations

About the role

Own quality assurance across web, mobile, enterprise applications and integrations, establishing automated regression coverage and providing testing evidence and release‑readiness recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Define risk‑based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing across portals, mobile applications, CRM, approvals, payments and integrations.
• Build and maintain automated web, mobile and API regression suites.
• Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, retries and failure handling.
• Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions and data consistency.
• Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, accessibility and browser/device compatibility.
• Conduct performance testing and application security checks within authorized scope.
• Manage defects, verify fixes and track recurring quality issues.
• Coordinate UAT and provide release‑readiness recommendations.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software QA experience, including 3+ years in automated testing.
• ISTQB certification preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Appium or equivalent mobile automation frameworks.
• Postman/Newman for API testing.
• JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java programming.
• k6 or JMeter for performance testing.
• SQL Server and Dataverse data validation.
• Dynamics 365 or Power Platform testing (preferred).
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git.
• Understanding of OWASP risks and accessibility testing.
