Senior Software Engineer – Power Platform and ERP Integration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development, administration and application support. The role involves delivering workflows and integrations that connect CRM, Finance & Operations, HR and the Chamber’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles and service processes.
• Develop and maintain Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate workflows.
• Implement and support data flows linking Dynamics 365 F&O and HR with CRM, portals and internal applications.
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, validation rules and access controls while ensuring data quality.
• Create custom CRM plugins, APIs and extensions where standard configuration is insufficient.
• Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connections, permissions, deployment processes and governance controls.
• Translate departmental requirements into application changes and troubleshoot workflow and integration failures.
• Coordinate testing, releases, documentation and vendor dependencies for complex ERP/HR changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise application delivery experience, including at least 3 years with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse (minimum 3 years).
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with enterprise applications or digital portals (minimum 2 years).
• Working knowledge of HR processes and integration requirements.

• Power Platform development: Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate.
• Dataverse modeling and SQL Server querying.
• C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dynamics Web API, custom connectors.
• Azure integration services: API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Application lifecycle management: managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, deployment pipelines.
• Governance: least‑privilege access, data loss prevention, auditability, change management.
