Senior QA Engineer

About the role

The Senior QA Engineer will lead end‑to‑end quality assurance for airline distribution systems, focusing on GDS and interline functionality. This role requires deep knowledge of fare filing, booking, ticketing, and SSR messaging across major GDS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for availability, fare display, pricing, booking and ticketing on Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport.
• Validate cabin mapping, booking class configuration, inventory management and branded fare presentation.
• Test ATPCO fare filing outputs, rule categories and baggage tables.
• Lead interline testing cycles, including pricing, SSR transmission and ticketing.
• Coordinate testing for major airline distribution implementations such as new cabin launches or NDC roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of QA experience in airline, GDS or travel‑technology environments.
• Proven track record of leading interline testing and airline distribution projects.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two of the three major GDS platforms.
• Familiarity with PSS systems such as Amadeus Altéa, Sabre SynXis or SITA.
