Senior Red Hat OpenShift Administrator Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Red Hat OpenShift Administrator Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of large‑scale OpenShift environments. The role combines deep platform expertise with automation, CI/CD, and cloud migration experience to ensure a reliable, secure, and scalable container platform for enterprise workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade and manage enterprise‑grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Perform platform administration, monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning and troubleshooting.
• Design and implement automation for infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins.
• Drive GitOps‑based delivery pipelines with Argo CD and maintain Helm charts for packaging.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting migration of applications to cloud environments.
• Integrate OpenShift with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and develop API consumers/publishers.
• Support high‑availability architectures, ensuring platform reliability and resilience.
• Collaborate with development, security, networking and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator managing large‑scale clusters.
• Strong understanding of underlying infrastructure, networking, security, virtualization and automation ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenShift Virtualization/KubeVirt.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and GitOps practices.
