Senior Regional Buyer - MENA

About the role

iHerb is seeking a Senior Regional Buyer for the MENA region, based in Dubai with a hybrid work model. The role drives the growth of the product catalog by evaluating, curating and promoting brands that align with iHerb’s global strategy while building strong vendor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, curate and expand the assortment of products in the assigned category across the MENA market.
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Source regional brands and enable local sourcing of global products to reduce lead times and costs.
• Make merchandising decisions for high‑volume accounts and own category KPI performance.
• Collaborate with the Global Director, regional leaders and cross‑functional teams to align on growth objectives.
• Identify market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, buying or vendor management within e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven ability to negotiate, make data‑driven decisions and manage large product assortments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling category metrics and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑functional, matrix environment.
