Senior Named Account Executive

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for a highly accomplished Senior Named Account Executive to drive growth across its enterprise portfolio in Dubai. You will lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, acquire new logos, and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation for large customers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi‑million‑dollar sales targets, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion.
• Lead proactive pipeline management, deliver accurate forecasts and provide strategic guidance to sales leadership.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ IT architectures and map them to Cloudflare Reference Architectures.
• Orchestrate multiple complex engagements across business units, influencing C‑suite and technical executives.
• Lead virtual teams of specialists, product managers, deal desk and legal to close large deals.
• Articulate compelling value propositions that link Cloudflare services to customer business outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise customers in emerging markets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi‑million‑dollar quota targets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; technical background (engineering, computer science, MIS) preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to engage with key customers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security and Edge Computing technologies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, G‑suite and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience applying the MEDDPICC sales framework.
