About the role
The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving credit card acquisition and portfolio growth within the Retail Banking Group. The role focuses on selling credit cards and balance‑building products such as Balance Transfer and Easy Cash through customer calls and face‑to‑face meetings, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Sell credit cards and promote balance‑building products (Balance Transfer, Easy Cash) to customers.
- Engage customers via phone calls and direct meetings to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and support portfolio growth.
- Promote appropriate credit card and balance‑building solutions aligned with customer profiles.
