Senior Reliability Engineer

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join its Industrial Energy Technology team in Abu Dhabi. You will apply a broad range of reliability techniques across diverse industries, lead project delivery, and mentor fellow engineers to ensure client success.

Key responsibilities

• Apply reliability engineering methods to client organizations in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, and manufacturing.
• Lead and influence engineering teams, acting as a coach and trainer on reliability approaches.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Engage in business development, identifying optimal outcomes using ASM and APM methodologies.
• Evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques and procedures for multidisciplinary projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role within relevant industries.
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and schedule control.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop engineering teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
