Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicle

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead the commercial vehicle business in Dubai, building and nurturing relationships with customers and partners to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential partnerships.
• Visit prospective customers at commercial, industrial or other establishments to present product catalogs, pricing and advantages.
• Develop, present and respond to proposals, including RFP responses and customized solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Work with customers to set joint goals and account plans focused on value creation.
• Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and product‑line developments.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines and secure new or renewed orders.
• Open new customer accounts and complete all required administrative procedures.
• Drive sales growth and improve profitability in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within commercial vehicles or related heavy equipment sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites and conduct face‑to‑face meetings.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the commercial transport industry.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
