Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicle

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will focus on commercial vehicle solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners across the designated area. The role aims to achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, growth areas, trends and potential partnerships.
• Visit prospective customers at commercial, industrial or other establishments to present product catalogs, pricing and advantages.
• Develop, present or respond to proposals, including RFP responses and customised solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Work with customers to set shared goals and objectives linked to account plans.
• Stay informed on industry news, product developments, competitors and market trends.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales or service agreements within set guidelines.
• Open new customer accounts and fulfil necessary administrative requirements.
• Increase sales and profitability through expanding dealer networks and volume throughput.
• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures.
• Inform customers about delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties and related information.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer premises.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
