Senior Sales Manager - Oil & Gas

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the commercial effort for oilfield, industrial and engineering products across the UAE and GCC. You will act as the local representative for international manufacturers, driving market entry and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for oilfield and engineering product lines.
• Leverage existing relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors and petrochemical companies.
• Represent international manufacturers, building strong ties with procurement and supply‑chain decision makers.
• Identify projects, tenders and new business opportunities in the region.
• Support manufacturers with ADNOC registration, market entry and local representation.
• Coordinate technical and commercial teams on proposals and contract negotiations.
• Attend industry events to expand networks and monitor market trends.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring customer retention and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 15–20 years of proven experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial equipment sales or oil & gas services.
• Background with leading oilfield trading houses, engineering firms or service providers.
• Deep understanding of procurement and supply‑chain practices within the UAE oil & gas sector.
• Experience handling large EPC projects, framework agreements and long‑term supply contracts with ADNOC and major operators.
