Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

Arcsen, a leading global technology consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions for its clients across the EMEA region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy APEX code, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approval processes and declarative features such as Salesforce Flows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and stakeholders to gather and refine technical and functional requirements.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware and third‑party applications.
• Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce applications, integrations and workflows for scalability and performance.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, covering security, performance and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in APEX programming and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior staff.
