Senior Salesforce Developer – Offshore

About the role

VAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join its offshore team supporting UAE operations. The role demands deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform development and the ability to design scalable, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
• Configure and optimize Service Cloud, ensuring mandatory functionalities are delivered.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Maintain data models, security architecture, and adhere to governor limits.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic guidance.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, and declarative tools.
• Proven experience with technical design, architecture, and large‑scale implementations.
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data modelling, and security best practices.
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP) and third‑party systems.
• Education Cloud experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred.
