Senior Site Architect (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Architect to join Morgan Consulting Engineers in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering large‑scale, complex healthcare and institutional projects, ensuring that architectural designs are executed to the highest standards on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site implementation of architectural designs for complex healthcare and institutional projects.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material mock‑ups, and method statements submitted by contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections, providing technical guidance to ensure quality, code compliance, and adherence to design intent.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other discipline leads to resolve design conflicts and integrate building systems.
• Manage and track architectural RFIs, NCRs, and site queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Evaluate contractor proposals for architectural changes and support value‑engineering initiatives.
• Prepare progress updates, punch lists, and architectural reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 144 months (12 years) of relevant architectural experience.
• Proven experience delivering healthcare facility projects on‑site.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and ensure compliance with design intent.
