Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and detail‑oriented Senior Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of H&S Real Estate Dubai across multiple brands and platforms. The role will plan, manage and optimise content to strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences and ensure consistent communication on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and X.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with business goals, brand objectives and campaign priorities.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule and publish posts, and coordinate across all relevant platforms while respecting format and best‑practice requirements.
• Identify and act on content opportunities based on audience interests, platform behaviour and brand direction.
• Create and coordinate reels, stories, carousels, short videos, event coverage and authentic brand moments; support basic photography, videography and editing when needed.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and ensure aesthetic consistency.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and community interactions, and report performance insights using platform analytics tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and emerging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behaviour and platform‑specific requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with brand, creative and performance teams while taking direction from senior leadership.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand positioning.
