Senior Support Engineer – Nursing Integration & Clinical AI

About the role

As a Senior Support Engineer, you will work in a collaborative team environment to support Oracle Health products. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues while helping ensure application stability and a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise to clients using Oracle Health products.
• Prioritize, plan, and manage issue resolution independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Investigate front‑end application issues by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
• Document investigations, create knowledge‑transfer materials, and maintain records throughout the support lifecycle.
• Support incident resolution and application maintenance to deliver value for Oracle and its clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare information technology, HCIT support, software implementation, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience with Oracle Health Millennium Nursing Integration, Physician Documentation, and Clinical AI Agent products.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation and fluent English communication skills.
