Senior Vice President Operations – Theme Parks

About the role

As Senior Vice President of Operations, you will join the executive leadership team of Miral Experiences and steer operational excellence across a portfolio of world‑class theme parks and attractions. You will combine strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to deliver premium guest experiences, drive efficiency, and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑asset operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, quality and efficiency.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans that improve financial performance and service excellence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement across all operational teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional leaders to align operational initiatives with business priorities.
• Introduce and scale innovative operational practices that enhance guest experience and operational effectiveness.
• Represent Operations within the executive leadership team and contribute to the long‑term strategic direction of the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in theme parks, entertainment destinations or large‑scale tourist operations.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑site, high‑volume operations and delivering consistent financial and service results.
• Strategic, commercially minded leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality and operational efficiency at scale.
