Senior Waiter – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Waiter to join the food and beverage team at Madinat Jumeirah Resort, a luxury beachfront destination in Dubai. The role starts in September 2026 and involves delivering the highest standards of guest service in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, seat and assist guests, provide menu recommendations, daily specials and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely, high‑quality service.
• Process guest payments using the MICROS POS system, manage billing and handle multiple payment methods with accuracy.
• Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service regulations.
• Monitor assigned restaurant sections, resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house, bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and uphold luxury hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud) systems.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
