Service Engineer – ELV (Dubai)

About the role

Our client is looking for a Service Engineer specialized in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting for CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Networking and Background Music installations across Dubai. The role requires prompt response to service requests, strict adherence to SLAs and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Networking and BGM systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Test, commission and verify functional performance of new installations.
• Monitor graphic stations for alarms and system alerts, and respond quickly to customer service requests.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and equipment logs.
• Report recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure compliance with HSE, local regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in ELV system service and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑diagnosis abilities under pressure.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) and Microsoft Office.
