About the role

This role ensures an exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

Deliver outstanding guest service, turning each guest into a happy fan of the rooms and facilities.
Perform all front‑office operational tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
Proactively prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role or similar within a 5‑star hotel environment.
High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
1–3 years experience in a comparable position at a 5‑star hospitality company.
