SF Consultant - ECP UAE Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SuccessFactors Consultant who will implement, configure and support the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module for our UAE clients. The role involves translating payroll requirements into compliant, efficient solutions and providing ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client payroll requirements for the ECP module.
• Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll according to specifications.
• Design and customise payroll calculation rules, schemas and infotypes to meet UAE regulations.
• Conduct testing and quality‑assurance activities to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ECP with other SuccessFactors modules and third‑party systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UAE payroll legislation and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• 4‑5 successful end‑to‑end UAE payroll implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations and HR processes.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant SuccessFactors certifications (ECP, Employee Central) are a plus.
