Site Construction Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Site Construction Engineer to lead quality and safety performance on offshore construction projects. You will work closely with the EPC contractor to ensure that all works are executed to specification, on schedule, and within budget, delivering a high‑quality, sustainable handover to the owner.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HSSEQ goals are met through personal leadership and involvement.
• Review and approve Construction Site Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and witness major activities.
• Monitor EPC contractor compliance with the Project Quality Plan and ITPs.
• Administer quality performance, review quality control reports, and approve documents such as WQT, PQR, WPS, and NDT reports.
• Initiate and manage Non‑Conformity Reports (NCR), analyse root causes, and ensure timely closure.
• Lead weekly construction site quality meetings and conduct regular EPC contractor audits.
• Oversee preparation and approval of As‑Built drawings, Test‑Pack, Mechanical Completion, and Ready‑for‑Start‑up dossiers.
• Ensure all final documentation is submitted before Provisional Acceptance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FEED, EPC, and PMC roles.
• Relevant offshore project experience.
• Experience with ADNOC projects is preferred.
