Site Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of a large‑scale oil & gas EPC project in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating a multidisciplinary construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Area Construction Managers, Section Heads and Engineers to achieve project milestones.
• Manage all on‑site construction activities, including subcontractors and direct personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain effective client relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Provide construction input during project planning and participate in constructability and 3D model reviews.
• Oversee RFI and change‑order processes, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s optional).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas construction, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record on large‑scale projects, preferably with ADNOC.
• Strong understanding of brown‑field operations and mechanical discipline supervision.
