Site Nurse – Construction Healthcare Role

About the role

CCECC Dubai is looking for a qualified Site Nurse to join its construction project team. The role focuses on delivering first‑aid and emergency medical care, monitoring employee health, maintaining medical records, and supporting occupational health and safety initiatives on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to construction personnel.
• Monitor employees’ health, wellbeing, and fitness for work.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Support workplace health awareness and preventive‑care initiatives.
• Coordinate with local clinics and hospitals when medical assistance is required.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and medical procedures.
• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid DHA or MOH license, or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Construction or industrial site experience preferred.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
