Site Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Site Nurse to provide on‑site medical support for our workforce in Dubai. The role involves delivering first‑aid care, monitoring employee health, and ensuring the clinic area is fully equipped and compliant with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees at the worksite.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and workplace injuries.
• Monitor and assess employees’ health conditions when required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare incident reports.
• Ensure the site clinic room is properly maintained, stocked, and organized.
• Monitor and replenish first‑aid supplies and medical equipment.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services as needed.
• Promote health, hygiene, and safety awareness among staff.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (female) with a valid nursing license.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.
• Strong commitment to employee health and safety.
