Site Reliability Engineering Manager

About the role

Open Innovation AI is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead its L2 Support – SRE team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of GPU‑dense, on‑premises AI platforms across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and Kubernetes environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the L2 Support – SRE team, allocating workload across customers, services and incidents.
• Own service performance, SLA compliance and 24/7 coverage, applying ITIL‑aligned incident, problem and change management.
• Guide complex incident resolution, assess priority and risk, and make escalation decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational readiness and reliability enhancements.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Service Delivery Managers, L3 engineers, product and delivery teams, as well as customers and technology partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in site reliability, infrastructure operations or related fields.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong understanding of GPU‑dense workloads and AI platform requirements.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions without being the deepest specialist in every domain.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
