Social Media Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Social Media Marketing Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate understands how to market properties, create engaging real‑estate content, generate qualified leads, and turn social media activity into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Create, plan and publish daily content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Shoot property videos, walkthroughs, agent videos and other real‑estate visual assets.
• Edit reels, short‑form videos and promotional clips for social channels.
• Develop content ideas and concepts for property listings, projects and campaigns.
• Design and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor lead volume, cost per lead, engagement and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support listings, launches and lead‑generation objectives.

Required profile

• Proven social‑media marketing experience within the real‑estate sector.
• Hands‑on ability to shoot, edit and produce property videos and short‑form content.
• Experience generating leads through both organic and paid social campaigns.
