Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented, data‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the digital presence of Elevate and its flagship beachfront residences project in Ras Al Khaimah. The role will combine brand storytelling, trend monitoring and performance analysis to build a strong online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns and key announcements.
• Coordinate with marketing, design and sales teams to ensure timely production and approval of assets.
• Create, review, refine and publish engaging posts, reels and stories across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Support the production of short‑form videos using current trends and tools such as CapCut.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and mentions promptly.
• Track algorithm updates, industry best practices and emerging formats to keep the strategy fresh.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations and optimisation plans.
• Collaborate on campaign planning, event promotion and product launch communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience managing social media for a brand or project.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work proactively across teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing social media metrics.
• Passion for staying ahead of digital trends and translating them into actionable content.
