Software Craftsperson – Flutter & React Engineer

About the role

This remote position is aimed at a mid‑level software engineer who enjoys building high‑quality, maintainable mobile applications. You will work on feature development using Flutter and React, applying test‑driven development and modern engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver product features and medium‑sized engineering challenges.
• Apply sound technical judgment to create reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Break down ambiguous problems, identify risks, and communicate early.
• Deliver incremental MVPs frequently while upholding a high quality bar.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and continuously refactor existing implementations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 5 years) in software development.
• Strong focus on software craftsmanship and test‑driven development.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate transparently with senior engineers.
• Interest in using AI‑enhanced tools to accelerate design, testing, and delivery.
