Solution Architect – Digital Asset Platform

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the technical delivery of its digital‑asset platform for major banks and financial institutions across the Middle East. The role bridges sales, product and engineering to design, integrate and deploy secure blockchain solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery from deal closure to production, ensuring successful implementation of Fireblocks solutions.
• Design enterprise‑grade architecture, including API integrations, security controls and documentation.
• Integrate Fireblocks with core banking, custody, tokenisation and Travel Rule systems.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, integration patterns and playbooks to scale delivery across the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve complex integration challenges.
• Support pre‑sales technical discovery and solution design to win new business.
• Maintain high levels of operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering post‑sale implementations for financial or enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and work with senior stakeholders.
