Solution Engineer – AI Business Solutions (Copilot)

About the role

As a Solution Engineer on the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team, you will drive AI‑first engagements that help enterprise customers adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio and Agents. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding secure, compliant implementations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Copilot and Agent engagements from ideation through proof‑of‑concept to production adoption.
• Own technical decision leadership for qualified opportunities, delivering customized demos, white‑boarding sessions and POC orchestration.
• Design and validate secure Copilot + Agent architectures, addressing data readiness, governance, compliance and integration challenges.
• Drive workload expansion by positioning integrated solutions across Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Document POC outcomes, create technical close plans and consumption plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, sales, engineering and partner teams to remove technical blockers and ensure seamless hand‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI‑focused technical engagements for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills to influence technical decisions.
• Track record of delivering demos, white‑boarding sessions and successful POCs.
