Solutions Architect – Dubai, UAE

About the role

Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive adoption of its enterprise AI platform across the UAE and broader MENA region. You will work closely with account executives, partners, and senior leadership to showcase the value of Cohere’s generative AI models to strategic enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers, translating business challenges into Cohere solutions.
• Design and deploy enterprise‑scale AI pilots and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Develop documentation and repeatable processes to scale the Solutions Architect function.
• Partner with regional partners to accelerate customer enablement and adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years of customer‑facing technical pre‑ or post‑sales experience (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.).
• Passion for generative AI and solid understanding of LLM strengths and limitations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage CEOs and deep‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and defining high‑impact processes.
• Native‑level Arabic and residency in Dubai, UAE.
