Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to translate enterprise policies into concrete technical standards, governance frameworks, and reusable templates. You will work closely with product teams and vendors to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Convert enterprise architecture, security, cloud, integration, data, and technology policies into clear CDP technical standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain architecture principles, reference architectures, approved patterns, templates, checklists, processes, and quality‑gate criteria.
• Create and manage governance artefacts such as HLD/LLD templates, review checklists, decision records, risk registers, compliance assessments, and approval workflows.
• Provide hands‑on architecture support throughout ideation, planning, sourcing, design, and delivery phases.
• Guide product teams and vendors on solution design, technology selection, integration, data, security, cloud, and non‑functional requirements.
• Review high‑level and low‑level designs, identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and recommend remediation.
• Promote reuse of approved shared services, components, and design patterns.
• Support architecture quality gates and deliver architecture recommendations and approval decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant technology experience, including solution architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing architecture standards, templates, processes, reference architectures, and governance artefacts.
• Proven ability to review and guide secure, scalable, and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Deep knowledge of application, integration, data, cloud, security, and non‑functional architecture.
• Excellent technical documentation, stakeholder‑management, and vendor‑management skills.
• Experience in government or large‑enterprise environments is preferred.
