About the role
The Independent Food Company, a UAE‑based hospitality group with multiple concepts, is seeking Sous Chefs for its Lebanese concept across the UAE. The role supports the Head Chef in managing back‑of‑house operations and ensures the highest food standards for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally, and that the teams are fully prepared and ready for each service.
- Provide support and training to all members of the BOH team with a strong emphasis on career development.
- Effectively manage stock, storage, and equipment according to SOPs, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Experience in a high‑cover environment working with Arabic, French or Italian cuisine.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
