Spa Membership Supervisor

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is looking for a Spa Membership Supervisor. The role combines membership sales and administration with member engagement, and supports daily spa operations. The schedule is 6 days per week over 48 working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through consultations, facility tours and relationship building.
• Manage renewals, upgrades, freezes, cancellations and account administration.
• Serve as the main contact for members, resolving issues promptly.
• Develop engagement and retention initiatives, including loyalty programmes and special recognition activities.
• Coordinate wellness events, workshops and exclusive member experiences.
• Maintain membership contracts, billing records, payment reconciliation and monthly reporting.
• Support daily spa operations through facility inspections, reception coverage and coordination of external wellness specialists.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury spa, wellness, hospitality or membership-based environment.
• Strong sales and relationship-management skills with a passion for health, wellness and guest experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Administration and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, Birchstreet or similar is preferred.
