Resort Assistant Manager

About the role

The Resort Assistant Manager will lead the Front Office team at Four Seasons Resort Dubai, ensuring luxury service standards are met and guest experiences are exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, motivate and coach Front Office staff to uphold cultural and core standards.
• Manage daily front office operations, including guest relations, complaints, and special requests.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting and inventory management.
• Attend operational meetings to coordinate with other departments and ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Front Office operations within a resort, hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of reservations, check‑in/check‑out procedures and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Understanding of luxury service standards such as Forbes, LQA or similar.
