About the role
The Spa Therapist will deliver exceptional guest experiences within Emaar's luxury hotel spa in Dubai. You will be responsible for providing a full range of spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring each guest leaves as a happy fan of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Perform spa therapies and treatments in line with brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
- Communicate proactively with team members to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Handle guest feedback, prevent complaints and execute service recovery when needed.
- Uphold operational tasks according to service procedures.
Required profile
- Recognized qualification in Spa Therapy.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hospitality setting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
