Spa Therapist – Seasonal

About the role

We are looking for a seasonal Spa Therapist to join our team at Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality massage and body treatments while providing a warm, personalized experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests by name, creating a positive first impression.
• Perform a range of massage therapies and body treatments in line with the Standard Training Manual.
• Maintain and operate all spa equipment, ensuring it is functional at all times.
• Answer guest inquiries about treatments and explain benefits.
• Assist with spa demonstrations, events and promotional activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and refresher programmes.
• Update the Therapist Logbook and complete assignments as directed by the Spa Manager.
• Adhere to all company policies, including fire safety, hygiene and environmental health.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and wear the correct uniform with name badge.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet guests warmly.
• Commitment to follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work flexible hours as required.
• Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
