Specialist – Client Service Management – Private Banking (UAE National)

About the role

This position supports Relationship Managers (RMs) in a private banking environment, delivering high‑quality client service and helping the business achieve its financial targets. The role also contributes to the bank’s anti‑money‑laundering and fraud prevention efforts by strictly following policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist RMs in expanding the private banking portfolio while monitoring costs, risks and control environment.
• Provide professional, accurate and timely support to RMs, handling client calls and enquiries.
• Prepare high‑quality correspondence and resolve client issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with AML, fraud prevention and other regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate account opening, documentation submission and coordination with middle‑office and other SCB entities.
• Assist with booking investment business trips and manage related logistics.
• Handle client complaints, meet service level targets and record outcomes in the complaints database.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of private banking experience, preferably in a client service capacity.
• Strong knowledge of banking practices and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Comfortable communicating with clients on a daily basis.
• Team‑player who collaborates with RMs, compliance, onboarding, risk and operations teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues within the client service team.
