Specialist Consultant – Spine Surgeon

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Consultant in Spine Surgery to join leading hospitals and healthcare facilities across the UAE. The role involves delivering comprehensive evaluation, surgical management, and long‑term care for patients with spinal disorders and injuries.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of spinal disorders and conditions.
• Perform spinal and related orthopedic/neurosurgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
• Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, and pre‑operative evaluations.
• Develop individualized surgical and non‑surgical treatment plans.
• Manage spinal trauma, degenerative conditions, deformities, and other complex cases.
• Provide post‑operative care and long‑term patient follow‑up.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical quality and patient safety standards.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB/FRCS) in Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, or a related specialty.
• UK CCT in Orthopedic Surgery / Neurosurgery or an equivalent recognized specialist qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post‑specialisation experience.
• Strong expertise in spinal surgery and complex spinal conditions.
