Specialist Pediatric Neurologist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Pediatric Neurologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive neurological care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring evidence‑based, patient‑centered treatment in line with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric neurological disorders, including epilepsy, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, headaches, movement disorders, and neurogenetic conditions.
• Conduct thorough neurological assessments and create individualized treatment and long‑term management plans.
• Interpret diagnostic investigations such as EEG, MRI, CT scans, EMG/NCS, and laboratory results.
• Provide acute and chronic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, geneticists, and radiologists.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, prognosis, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DHA regulations.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, CME activities, and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD) from a recognized institution.
• Completed accredited Pediatric residency.
• Fellowship or recognized subspecialty training in Pediatric Neurology.
• Board certification or equivalent recognized by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• DHA eligibility letter or valid DHA specialist license.
• 3–5 years of post‑specialization experience in Pediatric Neurology.
• Preferably Turkish Board certification or training; Turkish language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in interpreting EEG, MRI, CT, EMG, and NCS studies.
• Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic analysis in pediatric neurology.
