Specialist Physician – OLHN & ENT

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Specialist Physician with expertise in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck (OLHN) and Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) to deliver primary and specialized care to patients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves diagnosing, treating and managing a broad range of injuries, illnesses and disorders while providing patient education and preventive health guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients, take medical histories and address their concerns.
• Diagnose and treat injuries, illnesses and disorders.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, explaining results to patients.
• Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, preventive healthcare and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and update treatment information.
• Design and recommend individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications or therapies as appropriate.
• Explain medical procedures and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Collaborate with nurses, assistants and other physicians.
• Ensure compliance with medical laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Medical degree with successful completion of residency and internship.
• Valid state license and certification to practice medicine.
• Broad knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating diverse illnesses.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and problem‑solving mindset.
• Patience, compassion and commitment to continuous learning.
