Specialist Solution Engineer

About the role

The Specialist Solution Engineer will be the dedicated Commerce Cloud expert for the Middle East, working within a high‑performing team of cloud specialists. This customer‑facing pre‑sales position partners with Account Executives and Account SEs to drive Commerce‑led opportunities across B2B and B2C customers in the UAE, KSA, and the broader Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Own all Commerce Cloud pre‑sales engagements in the Middle East, acting as the authoritative product expert for B2C Commerce, B2B Commerce, Headless/Composable Commerce, and Order Management.
• Deliver business‑value‑driven demos and technical sessions tailored to customer pain points and industry context.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and proof‑of‑concept engagements, often as part of multi‑cloud deals.
• Collaborate with Account SEs and AEs to craft winning deal strategies and address competitive threats.
• Support large, complex proposals with sizing, architecture guidance, and ROI storytelling.
• Promote the Agentforce narrative, positioning AI‑powered commerce capabilities as strategic differentiators.
• Engage in regional customer events, executive briefings, and field marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pre‑sales or solution engineering for cloud‑based commerce platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for diverse industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
