Sports Medicine Physician

About the role

The Sports Medicine Physician will diagnose, treat, and prevent sports‑related injuries for athletes and active individuals at DISC clinics. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the doctor will create individualized, patient‑centered treatment plans to enhance performance and long‑term musculoskeletal health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care using a range of assessment techniques and treatment modalities.
• Adhere to DISC brand standards, departmental protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain full compliance with DISC and Health Authority regulations.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Achieve monthly revenue generation KPIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all licensing requirements for the DISC facility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine with a specialization in Sports Medicine.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sports Medicine Doctor in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating sports injuries and physical dysfunctions.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols and Ministry of Health/Dubai Health Authority regulations.
