Spot Product Manager – Crypto & AI Strategy

About the role

Bybit is seeking a senior Spot Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of its crypto spot trading platform in Abu Dhabi. The role combines deep product expertise with a passion for on‑chain innovations, AI‑driven tools, and the tokenization of financial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and iterate spot trading products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Drive end‑to‑end implementation of new trading features, including AI‑powered tools such as smart order routing and assisted market analysis.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of core trading system logic, order matching, order state flows, and market depth management.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for CeDeFi and Real‑World Asset (RWA) offerings, bridging on‑chain and off‑chain trading.
• Lead productization of emerging asset classes like tokenized stocks, pre‑IPO securities, and on‑chain yield products.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of product management experience in trading or fintech environments.
• Proven expertise in trading system architecture and order‑matching logic.
• Strong interest and knowledge of on‑chain assets, DeFi, and tokenization.
• Fluent Chinese language skills (mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
