Staff Product Manager – Card Retention & Monetization

About the role

Tabby is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Card Retention & Monetization team for Tabby Card, its fastest‑growing product. You will own the P&L levers such as pricing, fees, risk‑based pricing, billing cycles and the repayment experience, driving margin‑focused experiments across the UAE and future markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end roadmap, from problem identification and business case building to prioritisation, shipping and measurement, supported by a dedicated engineering, design and data team.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails, making rollout or kill decisions based on data.
• Model unit economics, defend trade‑offs with Finance and Risk, and track the P&L impact of every feature.
• Collaborate daily with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Billing to ensure customer‑facing terms, fee structures and regulatory requirements (CBUAE / SAMA) are met.
• Lead launch quality activities including readiness, AI‑agent guidance, customer communications and phased rollouts.
• Support Tabby Card’s expansion into the Saudi Arabian market, adapting the product to the region’s largest market.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, banking or credit products (billing, payments, lending or cards).
• Proven track record of shipping monetisation, pricing or billing features with measurable results and disciplined experiment methodology.
• Ability to deliver on commitments and communicate schedule changes proactively to stakeholders.
• Fluent English and strong analytical skills in unit economics and data‑driven decision making.
• Bonus: knowledge of credit‑card or revolving‑credit domains, GCC market experience and Arabic language skills.
