Staff Product Manager – IT Device Lifecycle

About the role

Deel is looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end device lifecycle for its global workforce. You will lead the procurement, shipping, support and return processes that span more than 100 countries and coordinate with a network of couriers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the internal admin and supplier platforms that manage device operations.
• Ensure service‑level agreements are met across all regions, monitoring performance and addressing issues quickly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, operations, finance and legal—to align product roadmaps with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, increase efficiency and enhance user experience for internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating contracts and overseeing compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or large‑scale operational environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Track record of delivering complex, high‑impact products on time and within scope.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with platform or SaaS product development.
• Understanding of global logistics and device lifecycle processes.
