Store Director – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Store Director leads the flagship Hermès boutique in Dubai Mall, overseeing all aspects of the business including sales, operations, buying, client development, service, and staff management. This senior position is fully accountable for strategy, execution of initiatives, and overall performance of a high‑volume, multi‑level store.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction, motivate the team, and drive results through people‑focused management.
• Oversee Deputy Store Director, Head of Client, and Head of Operations, ensuring alignment and effective leadership.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, sales targets, and inventory performance.
• Lead buying strategy, stock maintenance, and market trend analysis.
• Partner with corporate departments and the Communications and Visual Merchandising teams to enhance client relationships and store presentation.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a high‑volume flagship store (minimum $50 million sales, 50+ employees).
• Impeccable service standards with luxury clientele and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 weeks annually to Paris.
